Perfect Pet Insurance
Perfect Pet Insurance is over 20 years old and is one of the UK's most established pet insurers.
My role was to expand on Perfect Pet's new brand guidelines across all digital media including redesigning the key user journeys on the website to improve usability and SEO functionality, working with a UX team to design a new app for customers, producing all organic and paid social media, filming and editing video and designing the customer lifecycle email marketing journey.
