Oxford Instruments - Website redesign
Oxford Instruments is a leading provider of high technology tools and systems for research and industry.

The problem
They needed to consolidate all of its 11 businesses onto one website to ensure consistent brand throughout.
The website needed to have a user-friendly CMS, to allow business units from all over the globe to make updates.

The solution
We ran multiple workshops with all of the businesses to understand the objective of their
website and consolidated this into the overarching KPI for the project – Leads.
I worked with the digital team to conduct a UX review and journey mapping, before creating responsive
designs all focussing on conversion rate to generate ROI. We used an agile project management delivery,
we delivered multiple phases for testing and soft launches throughout the process.
